The Connecting Urban and Rural Conference, the Sustainable Urban Fringes (SURF) Final Conference will take place in Aberdeen on 28 June 2012, where the project findings will be launched.

The conference will include presentations from key experts, details on SURF findings and policy recommendations and the launch a new Toolkit devised to assist the development of projects in the urban fringe.

An study tour is planned in the afternoon which will provide delegates with the opportunity to  find out more about the urban fringe along the River Don corridor.
